Students will need 1 additional English credit that may be taken anytime during his/her high school career.  Students who take an additional credit of English as a modification may not count that credit as their fourth credit to fulfill graduation requirements.

All students will meet the Michigan Merit Core math requirements and will take 3 credits of math in high school plus 1 additional math or math related class during his/her final year of high school.

All students:  

Complete at least 3.5 credits in high school

 Complete a math credit in the final year

Algebra 2 modification options:

Complete 2.5 credits including 0.5 credit of Algebra 2 

OR  

Complete a two year Career and Technical education curriculum which includes 0.5 credit of Algebra 2 content  

OR

Complete Algebra 2 over 2 years with credit given for each year

SOCIAL STUDIES

ONLINE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

The required Online Learning Experience will be completed in middle school.  A committee has been developed to create online options for students who enter the Troy School District after 9th grade and have not completed the online requirement.
