Marianne earned a Masters in Counseling in 1994 and a Post-Masters Specialization in School Counseling in 2002 at Oakland University.  She was a counselor in community agencies since 1994 working with at-risk children, adolescents and families.  She has been with Troy High School since the fall of 2002.  Marianne enjoys creating art, reading, and spending time with her two daughters.
